I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp
Interview
It starts with a short phone screening and a role play. This is followed by a few other interviews, ( mine were Skype) . There are more role plays each round, but the rest of the questions are pretty basic and are just about your background and interest in Yelp.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Role plays, but they coach you through them and really are just seeing if you are competent enough to hold the conversation.
1 initial phone call to better understand the role, then if it's the right fit, second interview with some sales scenario role playing, but it's not too difficult. Overall a pretty easy process/
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online. I heard back within a couple of days. The process was very streamlined, with a 10 minute phone interview, 30 minute in person or online educational session and video interview and then a final phone interview. I didn't feel like the interview and the interviewers had much personality or control but it was easy and effective.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
3 interviews, first over the phone, second in person, and third over the phone. All where questions about self, past experiences, and they ask me to sell them something during my interview as well.
