I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yelp (Clinton, MD)
Interview
The interview process was terrible they basically do mass hiring. The first interview was over the phone and they give you a window time of an hour for your interview. Long story short they follow up and then say that they have a lot of candidates so if you miss their call and call them immediately back (within 2 mins) they still won’t allow you to interview. I did my second interview and they said they were going to follow up to schedule an in person interview and a few days later they said they are going to go with another candidate. Be truthful!
I applied online. I interviewed at Yelp (Wake Forest, NC)
Interview
Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yelp (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
