Really messy and a total waste of time. I had passed two telephone interviews before a final interview with the CTO whom didn't show up - the interview was rescheduled two more times but unfortunately CTO didn't show up for the both occasions. He wanted to rescheduled again via email ( the email lacked minimum professionalism and basic decency) for the fourth time while not apologising for the previous missed interviews (3 times!!).
