Disappointing experience and not at all in line with all the great things I've heard about Xero & their culture. Interviewed and was told I was a great fit. Didn't hear a thing for weeks after the interview despite some follow ups and ended up receiving a generic rejection email. Ironically, it was my focus on a great candidate experience that they really liked and apparently also valued for themselves.
