Short, in person interview, applied online. They just asked me about my resume, class experience. Also asked about my language ability, because I noted my French experience. They did not, however, ask me to actually speak French. Because this is a religious organization, they asked me about my faith and my ability to work within a diverse work place.

Two phases, with the project manager and the final with the hiring manager who will be interested in knowing how you may be of good fit to the program they are undertaking..

Question 1
It is program specific so you have to research well about the program.
There are two rounds of interviews. There is one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager(s) and/or team. The interview is done through a video conference call, and everyone is very nice.
This was a great interview process from start to end where I got to learn more about the role and work community as an intern. I interned for a summer.
