Interview involved meeting with respective managers and team members. Question involved financial reporting backgrounds. The managers also seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. Was a positive experience.

While my experience with Leadership left a lot to be desired, the interview process was by far one of the best experiences I have gone through. I truly felt like each person with whom I interviewed had a genuine interest in me as a person as much as my experience.
