I Interviewed with Recruiter and Hiring manager. The recruiter asked good questions and I thought set me up well with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late, lead me to believe there would be a next phase, but I had to reach out to find out that was not the case.

I had 2 interviews for Technical program manager position at workday. Both are for different position. 1st interview : HR interview went well and scheduled interview with hiring manager first question asked was do you know anyone at workday? I said that I donot. He replied it would help me to move ahead with the next interview process. Later after one day I got call that they are moving with some one else. Interview 2: HR interview went well and scheduled interview with Hiring Manager but hiring manager asked some one from team to interview. Interviewer called me 15 minutes late and he said he is running out of time we have 15 minutes only. From first interview I thought it was odd situation and applied again and same thing happened in different way. When the hiring team is not really interested in talent why are you scheduling calls with candidates? Please be considerate about other time. Please look into your team culture to be a great company.
