Applied online through Workday, received an email from a recruiter 2 days later and set up a quick phone call the following Monday . Phone call was smooth and simple, the recruiter was super nice and chill. He explained the position and even brought up Salary. He got me way pumped to be a part of this Company. He set up a Video interview with the Hiring manager the following Thursday. Hiring Manager was a sweet lady and made the interview very relaxed. She told me so many positive things about Workday that left me even more stoked to possibly be joining this team. Ending our interview she expressed how impressed she was about my resume and how I presented myself, she asked if she could set up a in person interview onsite to have some of her team meet me and give feedback to her about me. I accepted and shortly after I received an email for the in person interview to be the following Tuesday. Interview was 2 hours long, and I met with 5 different people (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and 3 different Senior Associates). Interview was long but not hard. They were all fun and laid back people. They were just making sure I can fit the culture and would work well with their teams. At the end, the Hiring manager said she would like to offer me the position. I accepted and she said she would let the Hiring Manager know to get the offer letter ready. This whole process took about 2 weeks. They moved super fast and acted professional yet fun.
