I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Kennesaw, GA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Applied online. Initial HR email and phone contact. Then phone technical screen. Then face to face interview that lasted almost 3 hours. Then, another face to face, everyone made noises like it was going well. The nothing. Then a "we're not making an offer" notice. I truly believe the technical interview folks (who were responsible for the second interview) were discriminating because I wasn't like them, a 20-something with a 'prima donna' attitude.

The interview process typically involves multiple stages, including an initial screening, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews. Candidates are evaluated based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. This may include coding tests, problem-solving exercises, and discussions about past projects. Additionally, interviewers assess communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team. Final rounds often involve meetings with higher management to determine alignment with the company's goals and values. The process concludes with feedback and a decision on whether to extend an offer.
