Contacted by an HR person to discuss my interest in the position. She then spoke to the hiring manager who was interested in bringing me in for an interview. 2 hour interview was set up. Unfortunately, on the day of two people could not meet with me as they were not in. Interview with the hiring manager was thorough as he tried to figure out if I was a good fit. Also met with one other person. They both were nice and seemed to speak highly of the company

Question 1
I have never been asked this - and this question should never be asked - but the hiring manager asked me if I had kids. He did it casually and I delayed answering the question. He then persisted by saying 'I would say you have, what, 2 or 3 kids.' I reluctantly answered. Damned if if you damned if you don't. He went on to say he had two kids. There is not reason this question would be asked unless he was worried I wouldn't be able to tdo my job because I had kids. Would he have asked a male candidate that?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer in Aug 2024
Interview
They were very open honest and quick in my interview process. I was able to speak with my recruiter and recieve an offer within about a week and a half. The interviews were conversational vs. Overly formal.

Question 1
What project artifact do you find most beneficial in your project management process.
There was an initial presentation call, followed by a video call with the hiring manager and HR. I'm not sure if there were additional steps because I did not proceed further with the selection process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (New York, NY)
Interview
Long process with many interviews. Took a lot of time to schedule. Everyone had a different agenda in their questions which was confusing. The whole process didn’t feel welcoming to be honest.
