The interview process was straightforward and well-communicated. Had a screening with HR and then 1st round interview with the hiring manager. Plus, many people were open to speaking informally about the organization outside of the formal process, and very helpful. The HR contact provided information ahead of time of what to expect (e.g., overall timelines, & to expect competency-based questions in the 1st round).

Interview
A bit chaotic and confusing HR screening process. Average wait time between moving in to the next interview. Salary was capped at a certain amount, and was shared upfront, which I appreciated. However, it was certainly lower than the market. Team members seemed to be nice and genuine.

Everyone was very nice but I was asked more than once to accommodate a short notice interview. I was also asked if I was married, if I had children and how old my children were by someone in an HR function.
