I applied to help open a new store online. Not even three days later, I was contacted and did a phone interview and then an in-person interview with the Team Leader and Store Leader. Super chill. Need to have a grasp on manual espresso machines to settle in easily but it's not required.

Team manager already has a sheet with listed questions. He just went through them one by one. Interview lasted about 30mins. I received a phone call about the results within the next few days.

Tell me a situation where you had conflict and misunderstanding at work
Interview process was straight to the point, clear and concise. Discussed availability, knowledge and job experience with a leader of one of the teams and was able to get all my questions answered.

On the phone they talked to me and then they asked me some questions and then I answered them badly and then they hired me that same day. And I guess they needed people because I was brought on seasonally but I stayed and they didn't tell me to stay.
