Group interview. Friendly, asked many difficult questions. The group sits around a table and you are sat at the head of it. They go around the table (not necessarily in order) and ask their questions. It sounds threatening, but it really isn't. It is a really good idea if you are interviewing for this company in a leadership role that you do your homework, and find out who will be in the interview beforehand so that you can meet them if possible prior to the interview.
