I applied by sending in a resume. They never asked to interview me, just directly sent me an email with an offer letter, not specifying anything about my schedule. I accepted it because I was desperate and was asked to go through multiple websites and provide all kinds of information, do a training online, all while never even have gotten a message or phone call from a real person? it's all automated.

The only thing they asked was my availability and resume.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
