I had a panel interview, which was intimidating, but everyone had a friendly face. The interview lasted for around 45 minutes, and I received an offer over the phone while driving home.

Almost always a panel interview with at least one member from each of the following positions: Store Team Leader, Department Team Leader, Department Team Member and/or Buyer. You'll be asked hypothetical questions (like how to handle a specific situation with a customer or team member). You'll also be asked how your previous experience qualifies you for the position, as well as why you would NOT qualify for it.
