I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Naperville, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Round table with 8 peer's/ leadership in a room. Everyone was allowed two to three questions. As the interviewee you responded to the initial question asked and everyone had a chance to follow up. It was like a tribunal and I have never before or since had such tough crowd for interview. Basically the people who were promoted into the position had to have allies on the table without it you did not have much of a chance. This is true unless the head manager wanted you for the position in that case you would get the job, the opposite was true as well. It really undermined the morale of everyone involved in the process.

Question 1
Too many questions to be specific. Team members were allowed to ask a question and everyone in the room could ask additional questions based on your response.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2025
Interview
I was invited to be a Supervisor, so the interview it was just my TL and an ASTL. They asked my favorite leadership traits, how I would coach a team member that is doing a procedure wrong and how I would deal with an angry customer.
The interview process was detailed. Depending on the store location, you have to complete due diligence, create an action plan, and then interview with store leadership , other supervisors and a couple team members. Get prepared for a good bunch of folks but just being yourself, being honest, and having personality will help the process.

Interview
I applied about a month and took them about three weeks to reach out to set up an interview. The interview went well to my knowledge. It only took 10 minutes or so. The questions weren't challenging. I didn't get the position, but it was a learning experience.
