Interview
There wasn't an interview since they needed 60 new employees within a 3 week period, I got a phone call a few days after I submitted my application and got to go in within the next week.
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
