Met with the team leader then on the second interview I met with the ASTL and was offered the job on the spot
It was somewhat smooth sailing as you can tell if they want you to join the team or not

Team manager already has a sheet with listed questions. He just went through them one by one. Interview lasted about 30mins. I received a phone call about the results within the next few days.

Tell me a situation where you had conflict and misunderstanding at work
Interview process was straight to the point, clear and concise. Discussed availability, knowledge and job experience with a leader of one of the teams and was able to get all my questions answered.

On the phone they talked to me and then they asked me some questions and then I answered them badly and then they hired me that same day. And I guess they needed people because I was brought on seasonally but I stayed and they didn't tell me to stay.
