Multiple days of panel interviews. Group questions and a final day of panel individual interview with around 20 people asking questions. The team was fun and very engaging, a great experience if you are not easily flustered by 45mins of quick fire questions!

Panel interview this means you do one interview with anywhere from 4 -20 plus people at one time. 45 mins is avg interview time. the process works well most of the time. But it is already usually decided who has the job before the interviews begin

dont remember it is an open forum no rules you can ask any question to panel and bring any notes and intel you want to interview. They can do the same as long as questions are in the legal guides lines of the law.
