Everyone that I met with truly seemed unhappy with their job and depressed, it was so bizarre! The finance department has seen a LOT of senior leader turnover which is a bad sign. The interview process was a Hiring manager screen then a panel interview with 5 people total lasting around an hour. AVOID INTERVIEWING FOR FINANCE ROLES

I applied to a online job posting and was contacted directly by the hiring manager. We had a brief 30 minute chat which was sort of the first round interview thought it was pretty casual. The final interview is a panel, mine was a panel 6 which was a bit daunting but the people are friendly. I was given a list of three panelists and asked to speak with each of them separately before the interview, this was basically my opportunity to ask my questions. I was also asked to bring something to present to the panel related to a project or analysis I had previously completed. Everything moved relatively quickly after the first discussion with the hiring manager, my panel interview was about 1 week later and the panel's decision was communicated less than a week later.
