The first interview was with the Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. The 2nd interview had both of the previous managers, plus the Store Manager (briefly). Whole Foods wants passionate people who care about the products they're selling. They want to know you are knowledgeable or willing and interested to learn. The speed in which you work is important, and also having great customer service skills. If you've worked in a grocery store before, know that Whole Foods' expectations are higher than your average food or grocery mart. The sell the best products and they expect the best employees for the level of job you're interviewing for.
