Not too intimidating, they don't really care a lot about your past, more about the present. They want to see you have a drive to be here, and that you have a history of commitment.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

If I was heavily invested in the construction management side.
Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
In person all day. Come in speak to various people who ask different questions. Then go out with team on site visits. Very nice people. Spoke to manager at the end.
