I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner in Mar 2016
Interview
Was pretty straightforward. Staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in how one could potentially fit in the company. People in senior positions have a lot of pride in the company and feel that they are more unique than other construction companies. Just interviewed a few days ago, so no word yet.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Boston, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I met this employer at the Career fair conducted by my college. Since it was COVID, the process was virtual. On our first meet, he asked me what my objective is and why am I applying for the role. When I gave the reply he was expecting, he scheduled for a virtual interview for 45 mins after 2 days. Most of the questions were basic. Since I am an international student, he was worried about the sponsorship and my visa status after few years.
