    Customer Success Manager Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona (Spain)) in April 2019.

    Interview

I did the first call which covered the main questions about my experience, why Whisbi, salary expectations and availability to start with the job.
I was told that I will be moving to the next step which is the CSM challenge was I was highly excited for.
The challenge was very interesting keeping in mind that it takes a lot of preparations.

I have prepared a very structured and professional presentation that took a lot of hard work.
I showed it to a head of customer success in a very reputable company and got a very positive feedback before sending it.

After sending it, it took them more than 10 days of silence, so I send a follow up email.
The answer was immediate (template) that it didn't meet up the expectations (which I told respect their opinion as they might have specific criteria they were looking for).

I asked for a feedback so I know where to improve in the future BUT again silence as if people's time and efforts is worthless.

Conclusion: I am really happy that I learned about their culture of treating people before its too late :)

    Systems Administrator Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whisbi in August 2017.

    Interview

The interview was very nice and polite.
It was a first initial point of contact and its duration was around 30 minutes.
It was a resume of technical and background questions.

Finally the interview finished really fast when I was asked about my salary expectations because they were offering a very low amount which corresponds with all the reviews I readed in glassdoor.

It is a pity that a company of this size and characteristics offers this salaries.

    Marketing Graphic Designer Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona (Spain)) in June 2017.

    Interview

My interview at Whisbi was one of the most professionals I have ever had. The first touch was a phone call where I was asked about my experience, motivations and where I got to know what the company does. After the phone call I was selected by a 1st face-to-face interview where I had the chance to meet the head of the department I would be working at (Head of Marketing) and my chapter lead - (Head of Design). In this meeting, I had to present the results of a 6h design challenge that I was asked to do (a website page where I would be selling a potato - how fun and creative is this?). In this same meeting, I had the change to speak about me, my goals and the type of environment I was looking for. We also spoke about the position, the team and the company (which was great to have an idea of what I would be doing, with whom and about what). After the last meeting, I got an email from Whisbi saying they would like to hire me and that was that is the happy ending of my recruitment journey.
