Pros
- Colleagues.
- Work hard, play hard.
- Good environment to learn.
Cons
- The company is not able to appreciate their internal employees.
- Is difficult to have professional growth.
- Any new employer, almost for sure, will have better economic conditions that you. Even if the new entry has less experience.
Advice to Management
- If you have good internal assets invest in them and don't let them go.
Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona (Spain)) in May 2017.
Interview
It was a quick and easy interview that moved forward very quickly. They were also able to answer all my questions and concerns about the role and give an idea of career projection within the company.
