- Colleagues. - Work hard, play hard. - Good environment to learn.
Cons
- The company is not able to appreciate their internal employees. - Is difficult to have professional growth. - Any new employer, almost for sure, will have better economic conditions that you. Even if the new entry has less experience.
Advice to Management
- If you have good internal assets invest in them and don't let them go.

- Flexible working hours - Posibilities of growth inside the company - Great collegues and athmosphere - Big office - Salaries (considering this is Spain) are not bad
Cons
- Workload can get out of hands very often - Absolutley no trainning during working hours (only english classes) - No personal employee feedback - Recognition for your work only on Slack group messages
Advice to Management
Invest on training and developing the employees (during working hours, not like "yeah we have a training website that you can check out at home") and recognize the achivments of every team when they work hard.

Cons
For a 70-employees start-up company, it could probably offer more benefits. We have health insurance discounts but it would be better if it was free.

Working at Whisbi is fun and provides very interesting opportunities in terms of career development, learning and cross-functional work. The company has adopted the agile methodology throughout most departments and the product is one of the best ones on the market.

The product is great Exposure to large companies - Provides opportunities and professional growth. Business Travel Relaxed but professional office Free Coffee and Fruit Summer & Christmas parties Remote working Great Line managers

At present none. There have been challenges, but the company has over come these and is in a good phase for growth.

Keep doing what you are doing - value your employees and they will be loyal to you, their colleagues and the company.
