Submitted an online application, was called right away to schedule an interview, went into the interview and then was hired quickly. Filled out the application in the restaurant.
They will have you fill out a questionnaire and then describe your answers. They ask for your availability and ability to work with others and thats mostly it. Not a difficult or stressful process at all
The interview took place in a coffee shop and asked simple questions about my background and why I was interested in the job. It was easy to get the job as long as you don't have any red flags.
Very easy, looking for ppl who are willing to multitask and work with a great attitude. The one I interviewed at the boss was the owner of the franchise location so he was more personable. Mainly after one interview session the hires got to know the results.
