Which Wich interview questions

The interview went really smoothly and felt surprisingly easy. The conversation flowed well, and the interviewer kept things pretty straightforward. Most of the questions centered around my experience, how I approach problem-solving, and how I work with teams. There were also a couple of situational questions, like how I would handle a project going off track or how I’d approach giving feedback to someone who isn’t meeting expectations. Overall, nothing tricky or unexpected. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which made the whole thing pretty comfortable.

I was given a sheet of paper with questions about my work ethic, creativity, personality. I also had a short interview with the owner. Overall, a good experience and I got the job. Other people in the job were also creative, so I think that was important.
