I applied online. I interviewed at WestRock (Battle Creek, MI)
Interview
I want to point out firstly that this Job the benefits and the money are well worth all the hoops you jump through to get in. I applied on Septemeber 28th and we are now closing in on the end of November and I still haven't officially passed all the qualifications. This is what the interview prosses looks like.
-Apply
-Pre interview Assesment
-Interview
-2 Hour Testing
-Offer Letter for employment
- Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical
After all of that, you should be able to start. All of these are done on separate occasions. So the prosses takes awhile. But this is a very good employment opportunity!! The job is also a lot of work and requires individuals who are going to show up and work hard so I understand the lengthy prosses!!! Good Luck!!

Very understanding and interactive. Even though my resume did not necessarily match what they were looking for, they were willing to hear me out and provide me with an opportunity for professional development.
