    I worked at WestRock full-time

    Pros

Lots of work and overtime if you want it for hourly employees, but salaried employees don't get compensated anything extra for overtime.

    Cons

Work takes precedent over life. Any body under management does not get a fair shake in anything. Management will step on any one employees throat if it will get them one rung further up the ladder.

    Advice to Management

Work isn't life. Get a life and treat people the way you want to be treated. BU manager has the wool pulled over his eyes. Corporate managers have no idea what's happening up in Canada or how toxic the environment is.

    I worked at WestRock

    Pros

Their clients are wonderful and their product is high end.

    Cons

Huge lack of support for the position which causes extreme stress on the Account Manager and forces an absolute lack of balance in the life of the employee. You must be willing to work 7 days a week at least 12 hour days.

    Advice to Management

Provide support and take out the micro management which does not allow for solutions.
