Interview
It was smooth... I was assured that if I worked hard and was dependable raises wasn't a problem. So I was asked for references and they all checked out. Next my job references along with my resume and application were done 1 on 1 with the hiring manager and was hired on the spot.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
