They asked me about my background to see if I was clean. They checked to see if I had the ability to work within the US. There were also security checks to see if I could work with food.
Quick and easy. Only 15 mins. They asked a few questions and showed the menu. They also talked about customers and how long you have to serve them. They also talked about prep and kitchen stuff.
