I applied to two positions at Wells Fargo - one on Sep 2024 and the other on Feb 2025. A few months has since passed, however my application status in the candidate portal shows “in progress”. The least companies should do is notify candidates who did not get shortlisted rather than leaving their application status as “in progress” for months and months with no update.
