Interview
Great interviewer, felt very personal (in a positive way). I was comfortable during the interview. It was extremely conversational. I was asked basic questions, like tell me about yourself. A lot of STAR-related questions. Explain the situation and how you navigated it. Overall a very straight-forward interview process for the 2nd round of interviewing.

Describe a time where you lead a team and things did not go well. What was the outcome?
Virtual first round interview consisting of 3 behavioral questions. Questions were pretty basic, looking for candidates to utilize star method. Interviewer was very kind as well, Second round interview can be virtual or inperson.

Interview
Lots of behavioral questions. Even setting up the meeting, I had no input on the time/date. Managers were not friendly but it was after Thanksgiving Holiday. The cameras were off, I was consistently asked to repeat myself.
