Question 1
Name a time you had a difficult customer. What was the situation, what actions did u take and what was the resolution
I applied online. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
First interview is with a recruiter who typically will ask one or two questions off the actual interview to determine if you would make it into the next round. Second interview is usually done by two branch managers. They ask about 5/6 questions and alternate the person asking the questions. At the beginning of the interview they will ask to tell them about yourself and will always end with if you have any questions

Question 1
Situational Scenarios ,Detailed, Start To Finish, Scenario Base
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Washington, DC) in Sep 2022
Interview
Applied as an internal candidate so process is probably a bit more streamlined. Completed pre-screen type of interview with Recruiter first, and then interviewed with the Branch Manager and District Manager.
Interview questions were standard STAR format, which is really just Situation, the Action I took, and the Result from me taking that action. When you think about it that way, it makes answering those type of questions much easier.
Also my experience was more relaxed on my end because I’ve been with the company for 7 years, so I was confident in what I needed to say and how I said it.
