Lots of role play and scenario based questions. Manager want to be sure employees are compliance savvy but also able to ensure that customer service is front of mind. It is helpful to talk a lot about coaching and demonstrating how to lead with the customer front of mind
Easy, star method questions / answers, Kurt have scenarios in your head ready. All pretty standard questions. Arrive early. Ask for next steps in interview process, ask when a position plans to be filled etc

Interview
Applied as an internal candidate so process is probably a bit more streamlined. Completed pre-screen type of interview with Recruiter first, and then interviewed with the Branch Manager and District Manager.
Interview questions were standard STAR format, which is really just Situation, the Action I took, and the Result from me taking that action. When you think about it that way, it makes answering those type of questions much easier.
Also my experience was more relaxed on my end because I’ve been with the company for 7 years, so I was confident in what I needed to say and how I said it.
