Phone interview Group interview - then manager interview then district manager interview. They were understanding of time as I was applying for job out of state, I flew in and completed all interviews in one day
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
