HR's recruiting person for the division that I applied for called me for a pre-screening. The call lasted maybe 15 minutes. She was not from an accounting background, but she wanted to make sure that I fit the requirements.
A couple of days later, I went in for 3 one-on-one interviews. 1) My direct manager 2) my manager's peer and 3) my manager's manager. They were all very relaxed and down-to-earth. There were no curveball questions.
