Interview
The interview was a behavioral interview. You had to provide the Situation/Behavior/Outcome. They asked a series of "Tell me about a time when" questions. There were two people on the interview panel.
Asked questions about attendance, leave of absence, labor laws, state and federal regulations. Disciplinary action procedures. What systems are used for case management and how many cases do you handle and close monthly

Interview
The interview process was a total of 3 interviews. The first 2 were by recruiters and we thirty minutes long. The last one was a bit longer. All interviews were virtual since I the position was a remote role.
