      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2021

      Interview

It was honestly an awesome process, and in my opinion how an interview should be. Process took around 3 months. Initial phone screen followed by a multi-day final round superday interview (due to COVID). The superday consisted of a take-home data analysis task followed by a presentation of that analysis and technical questions. Very friendly interviewers and overall very positive experience.

      Question 1

How would you assess the accuracy of tree-based models? When would regularization techniques be appropriate and what are some of the common methods?
