I applied online. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Hyderābād) in May 2019
Interview
Technical round went on for 40-45 minutes with 2 panelists.. Questions were moderately difficult.. Most of the questions were based on practical experiences and not theory based ones.. Both technical and HR rounds were on the same day..
I received a call from Wells Fargo hr for the position and she scheduled face to face interview. 3 rounds. First round is technical, second is managerial, final round is hr.
There is nothing difficult in technical round. But the person who interviewed me is not as worth to take technical round. Always he tried to get the 'no idea' answer from my mouth even though I gave multiple answers for a specific question. For all the answers I gave for a specific question, he is behaving with an answer 'that I know, what is the exact answer'. I was really frustrated on that attitude. But I was selected in that round.
Managerial round was so easy. Manager was so friendly and it was a great discussion with him.
The next day I got a call from Hr regarding negotiation. The next day of hr round, I received the offer letter with the requested CTC.

Interview
Pathetic hiring process!
Thoroughly unprofessional HR with no proper coordination among them. They just sent a mail a week before the interview date saying I need to come to the interview without any proper details on the location or documents. No one from the HR team replied to the request for more information.
A day before the interview I received 5 call letter emails from different HR folks with different instructions in each of them .None of the emails had any contact number.
On reaching Wells Fargo office in Embassy Tech Village on the day of the interview, the security staff refused to let me in saying that e-Aadhar printout is not a valid ID proof (Even though Government of India/UIDAI has clarified clearly that it is). Most of the security staff behaved very rudely and started abusing me asking me to wait till someone from HR resolves it (which never happened). I could not contact anyone from HR too as they conveniently didn't provide Contact Person's Phone Number in any of the 5 call letters. I finally dropped an email to the HR and left after 20 minutes of waiting (for which they never replied again).
This is the most pathetic and unprofessional hiring process I have ever encountered in my professional life. If this is the way Wells Fargo treats visitors, I can only imagine the way they treat their employees. My sincere request to Wells Fargo is not to waste the candidate's time by making them go through this horrible process and not conducting even one round of interview.
