Easy one on one. I was told my resume was great and that I had the experience they were looking for. Interviewer also implied that they were looking to hire from within though.

video interview, then possibly a face to face. questions asked made sense but seemed canned. I would have expected more in depth questioning and a greater chance to dialogue with management
