I applied online at wegmans.com and the next day I received an email saying I got chosen for the interview process and to call and set up an phone interview. The phone interview was the following Monday and all the questions was expected because I looked it up. I thought it went really good, so I thought!! The following Thursday I received a email saying I was no longer under consideration, they can really miss out on some great people!
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Easy and they were very welcoming and kind and gracious and let me speak my mind and whatever I thought about the role and if I had any concerns about my ability

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
