Very quick and easy interview. Interviewer asked fairly easy to answer questions. It felt more like a friendly conversation than a interview, I got offered the job immediately after. Great interview process

Explain a time you dealt with a frustrated customer
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
