Interview
The interview process was very efficient and painless. A recruiter for Wayfair reached out to me through LinkedIN. After passing the online assessment, we did a phone interview. She asked me about my work history, specific previous experiences, and a lot of situational Q&A. After that, she invited me to come in the next day and interview with two managers. Both managers were very nice and made me feel welcome. Those interviews went very smoothly, they used a similar situational Q&A. Overall, it was a positive experience and I felt optimistic when I left.

the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Interview
Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
