Interview
The interview process works in 2 formats, the first is a group interview and the second a one to one.
The group interview is a discussion to basically get to know your personality and see how you are when speaking to others, you are also sent into the store with a given scenario to find products that fit; for example, mine was a male asking for toys for a 5 year old boy aged 5/6 for his birthday with a price limit of 60 pounds.
the individual interview is to get to know your work experience a bit more and basically to discuss the job role and if all goes well you are told there if you have been given the job opportunity.

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

There were Disney items behind us, we had to pick one and try to sell it.
Name a time where you worked with large crowds.
Who is your favourite Disney character?
Name a time where you worked with income targets.
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
