Went to the Casting Building and had about a 30 minute interview with a recruiter. It started out as just a conversation about my experience and why I wanted to work for Disney, then it went into the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.

You fill out an application online which asks some basic questions regarding your education, past work experience, and your preferred roles. Then if you pass the application round, they will contact you through email for a web-based interview. This interview takes more than an hour with behavior-based questions to see if your personality fits with the company's culture. If you pass this step, you will be invited to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter.
