One application to fill out, one personality test to take after, and one phone interview. So a 3 step process. If I had decided to go with food and beverage outdoors and not in a full-service restaurant, I would have been hired much more quickly. So glad I held out for the full-service restaurant. Best Intern experience I could have ever had.

What is one of the best customer service experiences you have ever had?
Took a few weeks after my application for an interview. It went well. Interviewer asked if I had worked for the company before and to describe my prior role. She also wanted to know why I returned and what made me interested in the position.

Interview
I went to college program job fair at my college ,they give you a presentation of the company explaining rate,job description and benefit after that you get to do the face to face interview easy interview ask you like 5 questions then they send you a letter or email if you are selected or not , i know that now you have to apply online and then you take 1st interview online if you pass you get to go to casting to do the second interview face to face .

Interview
It was pretty quick but still took a couple weeks to actually do an in person interview. It only took a day to get a response after i applied and then i did an online interview. After that i was able to schedule a one on one interview which took place two weeks after the online interview.
