Recruiter was initially very responsive in setting up the first interview with the hiring manager. Questions were mostly behavioral and weren't anything particularly difficult so I assumed I would move on to the next stage. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times over the next few weeks and they never gave me more than the hiring team is still waiting on making decisions on the next round until one day they said they hired someone else for the position.
