got a call for a group interview. interview was nice with only 3 people. after meeting the assistant manager and doing some simple role play and introductions, we then met with the store manager who is a sweet lady. we only met with her right away because the asst. manager liked us all so much. of course it didnt hurt that the other two interviewees were previous employees and i was just so charming lol.
after that the store manager met with us individually and at the end she offered me the job right away. i simply asked her when i would find out if i got it or not and she told me. be sure to just ask if you got it or not. that way if they say no you can curse them out in front of their face lol totally KIDDING!!
all in all an easy process and started working 4 days later.

Fun, engaging and very friendly interviewer. The process was exciting and didn't feel like too much pressure on me like some interviews. They responded to my interview within a few days to let me know the outcome.

Phone interview - they asked a few questions when they called. So be prepared to answer some basic questions prior to setting up an in person group interview. They had my resume in front of them sand asked me questions pertaining to my work history.

Applied online. It took about a week after applying to get a call to come in for a group interview; manager asked questions "Why Disney?" and my availability, reminded me that it was part time.
Interview was very relaxed with two other people. Talked benefits and "Disney Difference" and possible hours.
